Hybrid planning application for the redevelopment of New Cross Gate Retail Park, New Cross Road, SE14 comprising: DETAILED planning permission for demolition of existing buildings and construction of 430 residential dwellings in buildings ranging from 5 to 25 storeys (Class C3), a 17,477sqm supermarket (Class A1), 1,533sqm commercial floorspace (Classes A1, A2, A3, A4 and B1), energy centre, vehicular and cycle parking, public realm and landscaping together with associated highway works to New Cross Road, Hatcham Park Road and Hart's Lane including relocation of the existing bus stands and provision of new bus stops; and OUTLINE planning permission for demolition of existing buildings and construction of up to 67,074sqm residential floorspace (up to 731 dwellings) within blocks rising to a maximum of 122.20m AOD (up to 33 storeys) with associated landscaping, vehicular and cycle parking (scale, layout, landscaping, access and appearance reserved). This application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
