Planning application
67 MICHELDEVER ROAD, LONDON, SE12 8LU
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
REAR: ONE Scots Pine (P1)(ht 4.5m) FELL. Reason: close to rear elevations and the pine is not in a sustainable position long term. Voluntary replacement with 2-3 medium sized trees is proposed to suit the rear garden situation. Informative: the voluntary replacement trees proposed within the rear garden are much appreciated for tree canopy cover in support of London National Park City launched July 2019, for the ecosystem service benefits which trees provide and to mitigate against climate change.
