Reason: approx.ht. 6-7m, radius 3m, self set in cracks in concrete yard surface with roots intertwined and growing above the concrete, not sustainable in this location. REAR: ONE Ash (T3) FELL. Reason: approx.ht.7m, radius 3m, self set in boundary crack in concrete, has broken the fence, not sustainable in this location. Informative: for visual amenity within the rear yards, it would be highly beneficial to de-pave a strip or corner of the yard to provide space to plant a small tree, large shrub or climbing plants. Alternatively an irrigated above ground planting box could provide attractive replacement urban greening. Informative: Where a tree is on the boundary and is the joint responsibility of the applicant and the neighbour, or where consent is sought for trees on adjacent properties, any necessary agreements or permissions from the owner(s) need to be obtained before carrying out any tree work that may be permitted by the LPA.
