Informative: It would be greatly appreciated if crown reduction can be considered or replacement planting undertaken to compensate for the loss of the Prunus to street visual amenity and for the front outlook for 9 Sydenham Park and nearby residents. This could be with an NHBC low water demand category tree if appropriate, or by additional shrubs, herbaceous plants and bulbs to enhance the visual amenity and wildlife benefit of the existing front garden planting.
