Proposal
REAR: ONE Willow (T1) FELL (basal and lower stem decay, close to property). Informative: there is a duty to plant a replacement tree with a 5 Day Notice. However while replacement trees are welcomed, on this occasion a replacement tree will not be required due to the proximity of the tree to the property and the existing well-treed nature of the rear garden. The rear garden backs onto the railway line which is designated a Site of Importance for Nature Conservation (SINC) and which connects to The New Cross Nature Reserve to the south ? both sites are designated in the Local Plan. Garden greening enhancement includes shade tolerant ground cover plants, shrubs, climbers and plants for pollinators and de-paving.
