REAR: FOUR Sycamore (G1) FELL (approx.ht.8m, self-seeded, immature, growing at base of rear boundary wall/buildings) REAR: ONE Oak (T2) FELL (approx.ht.10m, heavy shade to gardens, too close to buildings, potential boundary wall movement). Informative: Crown reduction of the oak could be a worthwhile consideration to retain the benefits of the tree to the garden setting. Voluntary replacement trees within the rear garden would be greatly appreciated and welcomed. Trees provide visual amenity, urban greening/canopy cover for climate change mitigation, reduction in air pollution and temperature, help with sustainable drainage, provide habitat for wildlife, and benefit health and wellbeing.
