5 DAY NOTICE (T1) Dead Cherry Section fell to ground level Height 5.0m Crown spread 2.0m There is a dead Cherry tree at the front of 11 Drake Road, SE4 1QH. The tree in question appears to be structurally unsound and is located directly adjacent to a public footpath that is regularly used by pedestrians. As the landowner, Lewisham Council has a duty of care to take reasonable steps to ensure that its property does not pose danger to others. Removing this tree promptly would significantly reduce the risk of an avoidable accident.
