Proposal
We inspected this site today and noted a large Lime tree causing major structural damage of the boundary wall with the adjacent School. We advise : REAR garden with side access T1 = XLarge LIME - Fell as close as possible to ground level. S1 = Large STUMP - Grind stump as low as possible 300mm maximum below ground level.
