Proposal

22/09/2017 tel to agent and email to confirm no consent required as no C/A and no TPO; discussed the Great North Wood Project and sent email confirming case closed and contacts for project officers. Forwarded email to Nick Pond, London Willife Trust and Strategic Planning for info. CLOSE INTERNALLY -VH.Sydenham Hill Estate - various tree surgery works to maintain Health and Safety and maintenance issues. Please see attached survey, site plans and tree specifications. All works will be done in accordance to British Standards 3998. Crown reshapes involve reducing tree canopy or over extended branches from the natural crown shape by no more than 1-2m to appropriate growth points to ensure an even and balanced canopy shape. Cut back from buildings involve reducing lateral branches closest to properties by no more than 1-2m to appropriate growth points, allowing a 1-2m clearance from structures and remediate any encroachment issues. Crown clean involves removing any small crossing/rubbing or broken branches and deadwood removal. Crown lift is specified in metres from ground level and will be to appropriate pruning points to suit the size of the required branch removal, whilst obtaining the specified height clearance to allow safe pedestrian/vehicle clearance.
