To retain suitable amounts of light in to the rear garden and summer house area. Please Note: The above works are priced to extract all debris via the garden of Number 17 for the agreed works date. If on our operatives arrival they are unable to gain access due to the side access gate being locked, you will be liable for a cancellation fee of 50% + VAT of the works value. If for any reason the debris are to be extracted through the property of Number 18, the above cost will increase.
