Proposal
258 Lee High Road is an Edwardian terraced house with shop on the ground floor. All the houses in the terrace have a single storey 'workshop/garage' at the end of the back gardens accessed by an ally. The house has been reconfigured in the past retaining the shop, but with a dwelling on the 1st and 2nd floors. Additionally a separate flat was formed in the existing ground floor of the existing 2 storey rear extension, and the existing single storey building at the back of the rear garden, by demolishing other existing single storey outhouses and forming a single storey link between existing extension and existing building at the back. Similar to other properties in the terrace. Retrospective planning permission for this element id now sought.
