Reason: health & safety, the tree is in severe physiological and structural decline, leaning towards the road, several branches have already failed, and although a small amount of live growth remains, the tree has no meaningful long-term viability, the significantly compromised structure presents an unacceptable risk of further branch or whole-tree failure onto highway.
