REAR GARDEN: T1 Ash: REDUCE the northward-extending limb by 5m and the southward-extending limb by approximately 3m. Council Note: The rear garden ash was historically identified as T69 under TPO No. 19. However, the Council's February 2026 TPO Schedule records that the original TPO documentation has been lost and the Order is considered invalid. The tree is therefore treated as protected by its location within the Conservation Area rather than by an enforceable TPO. Previous tree works have been considered under Conservation Area notifications, including 19/01163/TCA and 24/01369/TCA.
