Reduce by 5 metres, leaving the tree 14 metres in height. Tree is very tall and no longer shielded by the buildings. Situated in the communal garden. Council Note: Council records were reviewed on 1 October 2026. The trees identified as T1 to T5 are not protected by a Tree Preservation Order and the site is not within a Conservation Area. Accordingly, TPO consent or a section 211 notification is not required for the works described.
