Proposal
BACK GARDEN: T1 Unknown species: FELL. T2 Unknown species: FELL. T3 Unknown species: FELL. Council Note: A Council officer undertook a site inspection to clarify the submitted notice and assess the trees in their setting. Some of the woody vegetation identified within the submitted material was not considered to require inclusion in the Section 211 tree works description. The trees proposed for removal were found to be of limited quality and amenity value. Having regard to their form, condition, rear-garden setting and limited contribution to public visual amenity within CA1 Clapham Conservation Area, Tree Preservation Order protection is not considered expedient.
