Height is taller then the surrounding houses, branches potential of damage and poor condition. Base is over 1m wide. Tree - T3 Bay Tree Location - Back Garden Works - Reduce Crown by 2 - 10 metres Reason - To retain within garden setting Council Note: On 26 August 2026 Lambeth Council made a provisional Tree Preservation Order (TPO No. 539/2026). The Order takes effect immediately and remains provisional for up to six months unless confirmed by the Council (whichever occurs first). Before the Council decides whether to confirm the Order, any person affected by the Order has the right to make objections or other representations about any of the trees covered by the Order.
