Council Note: Following a desktop review of the submitted application and Council records the tree described in the application as Asset 2069 Fagus sylvatica does not correspond with a tree protected by the deposited Tree Preservation Order record for this location. The relevant deposited Order reviewed is The Lambeth No 226 Tree Preservation Order 1991 for Tulse Hill School Upper Tulse Hill SW2. The First Schedule to that Order does not identify any Beech or Fagus sylvatica. The schedule identifies T6 as Sycamore. The group schedule also does not identify any Beech or Fagus sylvatica. The site is not located within a Conservation Area. As the submitted application does not relate to a tree protected by the reviewed Tree Preservation Order and no Conservation Area controls apply the application has been withdrawn from TPO determination. No consent is required under Tree Preservation Order controls for the works as described.
