Both trees are individually protected under Lambeth Tree Preservation Order No. 496 (2024), in accordance with the confirmed TPO schedule and map T1 Common Yew and T2 Purple Flowering Plum: Tb (yew) front garden 25 Mount Nod Road Tc (purple plum) front garden 26 Mount Nod Road Air spade supervised excavation into RPA, removing existing driveway surface using hand tools, air spade excavation of trench 7.9m x 700mm to approx 800mm deep maximum. All works undertaken by air spade, supervised by project arborist. No roots to be pruned or cut. Trench backfilled and reinstated. Details of location of roots to be provided to local authority on completion.
