Officer note: The plant identified as T1 Yucca is not regarded by the Council as a tree species for the purposes of section 211 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. The vegetation does not meet the size or form characteristics normally associated with a tree in planning terms. The notification is therefore not valid and has been withdrawn. The proposed works may proceed without further consent.
