Reduce height by up to 4 m to a new height of approximately 17 m. Reason: Tips of the upper canopy have been stripped by the local parakeet population (Psittacula krameri), leaving exposed dead twigs and defoliated growth in the upper crown. The reduction seeks to restore uniformity and maintain structural integrity.
