In the past it has been reduced to 2m in height and has a canopy that is formed from 2 co-dominant branches that originate from the area of the cavity, it is growing within 1.5m of the 4m high garden wall which forms the rear boundary of the property, large ivy-covered branches are resting on this boundary wall. T2 Sycamore remove. A self set, semi-mature 150mm stem diameter tree growing against the flank boundary wall. Lost its leader, squirrel damage. T3 Leyland cypress remove, a young tree 50mm stem diameter growing against the flank boundary wall, which due to its trunk diameter is not protected by the CA status.

Rear garden: T1 Robinia (Golden Robinia): Fell. Reason: Tree has poor form with unbalanced crown, dense regrowth and several snapped branches typical of brittle species. Located less than 0.5m from 50 Grafton Square single storey extension where branch and root activity pose management and safety concerns. Felling and replacement with more suitable species is appropriate.

REAR GARDEN: T1 Weeping Silver Lime. FELL TO GROUND LEVEL. Reason: Ongoing root-related displacement and lifting of paving adjacent to the rear elevation, causing damage to hard surfacing and a trip hazard. Previous pruning has not resolved the issue. Similar neighbouring trees have been removed due to equivalent root-related impacts, including ref. 21/00781/TCA. Council Note: On 14th August Lambeth Council made a provisional Tree Preservation Order (TPO No. TPO 538/2026. The Order takes effect immediately and remains provisional for up to six months unless confirmed by the Council (whichever occurs first). Before the Council decides whether to confirm the Order, any person affected by the Order has the right to make objections or other representations about any of the trees covered by the Order. For a copy of the provisional TPO, or to make representations, please email [email protected]
