Observations on a proposed development within the adjoining Borough of Wandsworth with respect to: Minor Material Amendment pursuant to conditions 1 (approved drawings), 10 (phasing plan), 36 (surface water drainage), 37 (drainage Strategy), 38 (flood management plan), 50 (water supply infrastructure), 52 (cycle parking), 53 (Energy Centre), 68 (external lighting), 70 (Market green walls) & 71 (Market site boundary) of part outline and part detailed planning permission 2014/2810, dated 11/02/15 to amend the wording of conditions to exclude demolition from the commencement of works, construct a sprinkler tank & 2nd storey to the accommodation block to the rear of the existing multi storey car park, carry out minor external & internal alterations to the trading blocks & Garden Heart Building, carry out minor alterations to the Temporary Flower Market & Entrance Site access road, amend the size & layout of the consolidation & van wash area, update the Arboricultural Impact Assessment & to amend the Market Phasing & Decant Strategy to reflect latest construction programme. An addendum to the Environmental Statement as been submitted under The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2011.
