Proposal

G.1 - All trees and shrubs encroaching on right of front garden, trim back to wall to tidy. G.2 - Shrubs left, trim over to tidy, Prunus, reduce to previous points. Hazel, reduce to previous level. T.1 - Laurel, left of patio, remove 2 front stems, reduce remainder by a maximum of 1 metre. T.2 - Conifer, centre of left boundary, dismantle to near ground level and grind stump to 20cms below existing grade. T.3 - Laurel, left boundary, end of borer, cut to fence height. G.4 - Apple trees in same area , prune to good orchard practice. G.5 - Dead/dying Elms, remove and grind stumps. G.3 - Horse Chestnut closest to Holly, reduce 2-3 lower laterals by a maximum of 2.5 metres to clear over Holly. clip back lower branches of chestnuts growing into centre of garden. T.4 - Cedar encroaching on right boundary, clip back lower laterals on left side of crown by maximum of 1 metre.
