We have planning approval for a side extension to provide a garage. Planning approval reference 26/00526/HOU. Submitted with the planning application was a tree report from an arboriculturist titled "Arboricultural Report for 13 Springfield Road". In order to facilitate the build of the garage trees/bushes will need to be removed. The trees to be removed are highlighted in yellow within the report, details as follows: G20 on Appendix 9 Tree Protection Plan: Yew Trees (clipped shrub) which are quite small, 1m high, 50mm diameter. Classed as C2- low quality. These trees are to be removed. S23 on Appendix 9 Tree Protection Plan: Wisteria. Category B1, tree of moderate quality. To be removed.
