The project involves the full & comprehensive refurbishment of the dual pitch roofscape, parapets, dormers and facades of No's 32-34 Posterngate, Hull - (Grade I Listed). Defective slate coverings together with defective roof battens and potential defective structural timbers are all to be carefully removed in a phased refurbishment sequence across the front and rear pitches of all three properties.
