Proposal

Listed Building Consent for alterations to the building involving internal alterations and general refurbishment:- 1. The strip out of existing partition walls, fixtures, fittings and M&E services (including existing heating system). 2. The partial removal of the existing curved wall to the East of the main gym and the construction of a new 'flat' wall in its place to allow for the construction of new changing, shower and WC facilities behind. 3. Construction of a new mezzanine viewing level to the East side of the gym with new access staircase and structural deck to support the top section of the curved wall and 'semi-dome' above. 4. The construction of new partition walls to the West side of the building, additional changing, shower and WC areas and a new kitchen fit out. 5. Removal of the existing suspended ceiling, general decoration of the existing finishes. 6. New M&E installations, including small power, data, lighting, heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
