Listed Building Consent application for:External works, involving: ( i ) new glazed entrance screens and doors, ( ii ) new openings and glazed juliette balconies at first/ second floors, ( iii ) installation/ reinstatement of windows and facing brickwork to building facades, ( iv ) removal of render to building facades ( including reinstatement of facing brickwork to match existing ), ( v ) demolition ( some partial ) of link structures, outbuildings,and section of boundary wall, and removal of 4m high galvanised post and rail with infill mesh screen fencing,( vi ) erection of railings and gates with dwarf wall and copings, and works to steps, ( vii ) retention, reinstatement, and repair of roof structures, rainwater goods, facing brickwork, windows, doors, and remaining outbuildings, ( viii ) new hard landscaping and paving, ( ix ) alterations to existing hard landscaping, seating, and paving, ( x ) construction of lobby extension ( to southern elevation ), and ( xi ) other minor works. Internal works involving: refurbishment and alterations to existing office units and ancillary accommodation including retention, repair, and reinstatement of original features; opening up, retention, repair and reinstatement of rear staircase to Bayles House.
