2/TPO/00433 - T4 sycamore remove, due to basal decay and stem canker removal is because the basal decay is making the tree increasingly unsafe. Replace with 12-14cm dbh rowan, T2 Scots pine reduce largest lowest branch from house by about 3m, inline with red line on photo branch is over extended, and gives the impression of being over-bearing, so the reduction is mainly to reduce the likelihood of failure.
