Condition 3- to remove reference to the temporary period of 18 months and PP/17/02524, revised wording proposed as follows: The restaurant use shall operate only in accordance with the details of the Operational Management Plan dated June 2020. Condition 5- to remove reference to the temporary period of 18 months and 2300 hours, revised wording proposed as follows: Customers shall only be permitted on the premises between the following hours: 0800 hours and 2330 hours daily for a temporary period of 18 months from the date of this permission. Condition 6- to change this to a compliance condition, revised wording as follows: The restaurant shall operate in accordance with the Travel Plan approved under ref: CON/22/04077. The travel plan shall be implemented, monitored and reviewed in accordance with any targets within the plan, and such record made available upon request by the local planning authority.
