(Lot 1 comprises of 3 blocks: Hurstway Walk, Testerton Walk and Barandon Walk): Installation of new external wall insulation using a brick-slip system, with some areas of render; Refurbishment of existing balconies and terraces, including new canopies to existing terraces; new planters, new guardrails and new metal balustrades replacing existing masonry parapets in certain locations; Alterations to refuse strategy, through additional bin store housing at ground level; Alterations to main block entrances, including replacement doors, new glazed entrance screens, enclosure of stairs with new external walls and new cycle storage at Deck level to Hurstway and Barandon walks; Extension to North Entrance onto Grenfell Walk podium to accommodate access stairs. Alterations to communal lighting; and new roof access stair towers to the north end of each Walkway block.)
