Minor layout alteration to previously approved infilling of unusable lightwell to create room (Application ref: P2024/1941/FUL & P2024/1942/LBC). New works proposed to level existing concrete floor slab in entrance lobby. New fire rated wall and door proposed within ground floor store room.
