Tree was planted by my neighbour so this is located in her garden, however. The tree stump is directly under my fence which has caused subsidence to my concrete slabs and it has become unlevelled. This has also broken my fence which repairs said there is no point replacing as it will continue to cause damage. The tree will need to be removed.

Branches extend substantially into our property and currently dominate the garden space. This overhang has materially reduced light, usability and enjoyment of the garden, making it largely unusable.
