Sycamore Tree TPO Reference Number: 54 TPO Title: LBI TPO (NO. 54) 1982 Details: SOUTH EAST CORNER OF REAR GARDEN Proposed works: Whole crown reduction by 5m in order to slow growth of the tree and prevent further damage to the adjacent wall, as well as stop further encroachment onto the surrounding properties. Proposal includes the removal of the ivy that has surrounded the trunk and the upper branches. Permission for a crown reduction is also being applied for to provide further light into the garden. Since the tree has not been pruned in over 10 years, it has grown significantly since then, and there is less light reaching the garden / basement property.
