Proposal

Removal of the existing lead and waterproofing to the front facade to expose the bressummer beam to allow inspection by a structural engineer. Removal of a section of the plasterboard ceiling downstairs and the existing floorboards on the first floor. Number the boards when removing and relay in the same order. All making good will be completed on a like for like basis.
