Proposal
T1 - Sycamore Tree - Raise the crown over the neighbours property boundary only by removing selected branches growing towards the house giving at least a 2m clearance from building. Reduce the lateral spread of that remaining side by approx 1-2m to suitable growth points where possible. .. Do not reduce in height or the remaining tree.

Hi, My Clients would like to Re-pollard 2x London Plane trees (T1 + T2) and 1x Lime tree (T3) back to previous pollard points, removing an estimated 3m re-growth. The reason for the works is to maintain the trees size in relation to the space, as they in the small front garden of the property only a few metres from the building. We would be aiming to do this work during the winter pollarding season.
