Planning application

33 Noel Road, London, N1 8HQ

Withdrawn Islington P2022/4268/LBC Listed Building

Works: Trees

Withdrawn before a decision, so it carries no planning weight. A revised scheme can be submitted at any time.

Proposal

Remove defective plaster in part of the internal ground floor wall to a height of 1.1m, inject new chemical DPC and reinstate with waterproof sand and re-plaster. This is to help with a significant rising damp issue in the ground floor caused by root ingress of a large protected tree in our garden.
