The proposals are at ground floor to remove the existing gravity fed hot water tank and boiler, reduce the existing internal cupboard, and refit w.c. furniture to enable a full size basin to be installed. At first floor level, the previously blocked up doorway into the ensuite is to be reinstated, the door into the master bedroom blocked up and the bathroom refitted so that the former ensuite becomes a shared bathroom. Within the master suite a bath, w.c. and basin are proposed to be added to the dressing area. At second floor level the bathroom is to be re-organised and refitted. A new structural deck is proposed within the loft space over the existing ceiling joists to enable the installation of a modern unvented pressurised heating and hotwater system including moving the boiler to this area. All pipework is to be renewed utilising existing riser.
