Units / Buildings (refer Proposed Elevations / Overall Roof Plan drawings for updates) - Brickwork omitted below Unit 1 garden centre fence. - Entire retail terrace roof to be Dark Grey (RAL 7016) and all rooflights have been omitted. - Unit 2A/2B rear roller shutters replaced with larger double service doors. - Unit 3 side elevation door omitted with new door added that opens onto rear loading bay. - Extent of clear glazing to Unit 3 shopfront glazing bays updated.
