T2; Oak (Quercus robur) - Remove to ground level. Reason: Close proximity to nearby property and damage (cracking) to the wall its situated next to which is spreading to nearby wall. The root system is pushing on the wall. The driveway is also showing signs of damage. Removing both of these trees will also benefit the remain Oak, allowing it to retain a better shape and growth all around.
