Reason: Require reduction due weight & height and close proximity to neighbouring properties opposite and road. 3; Large poplar - Reduce crown by 30%. Reason: Due to excess leverage. 4; Large oak tree - Remove 5x secondary laterals overhanging path, clean crown and dead wood. Reason; Limbs growing over path and in close proximity to neighbouring property. 5; Various trees on woodland boundary (1x oak, 2x sycamore) - Lift sycamore 5m above ground level. Lift oak 5m above car park level. Tidy pruning stubs. Reason: Low clearance over parking area. 6; One large pine - Dead wood. Reason: Hazardous limbs. 8; Holm oak, dead elms, holm oak stem - Reduce whole crown of main holm oak by 50%, remove separate stem and dead elm to ground level. Reason: Overgrown holm oak with separate stem in amongst cluster of dead elm. 9; Conifers - Raise crown approx 3 metres above ground level.
