**5 Day Notice** T3; Large mature English Oak - Carry out a heavy pollard down to approximately 7-8m in height. Starting to 'grow down' and has recently shed large limbs and stems. Reason: Safety and to ensure the long term amenity use / value and retention of the tree. Note: Works to just remove lower limbs had been started as previously approved, however on climbing the tree many other structural faults were found requiring both immediate works to make safe and a more long term management approach to be taken.
