Proposal
T1; Holm Oak - Reduce the crown height and spread by up to 2/5ths down to more healthy growth to help balance the feeding requirements to the tree's availability, therefore improving overall health and visual amenity. Reason: Decline within the upper crown and shedding litter early in the year. TA; Twin stemmed Ash (Tree within boundary of Landguard Manor)- Remove. Reason: - Tree is becoming too dominant for the garden and has previously suffered from Ash die back. TB; English oak (Tree within boundary of Landguard Manor) - Remove the main crown limb/stem that is over the garden and towards the Foxglove Tree. Reason: Tree has a poor form and is encroaching heavily over the garden.

T1 Ash - Remove. Tree was once a multi stemmed tree, one stem remaining but starting to decay within the base from the old stem removals. Owner has stated that the top of the tree is dying, presumably from Ash Dieback Remove for future safety and re-plant with a Sweet gum (Liquidambar) on the opposite side of the garden away from the large neighbouring London Plane tree.

Pittisporum no.1 - Reduce to approx. 2m, remove additional trunks and develop as a 'Standard' tree. Grey Willow - Fell. Pieris Japonica - Reduce to 0.5m to allow young ground level growth to develop. Pittisporum no.2 - Reduce to approx 2m to develop as a 'Standard' tree. New Zealand Holly - Fell. Reason: (Trees are in back garden). Create more light and space for remaining trees. Steps to the lower garden run beside the trees in question and is a permanently shaded area not allowing other plants to flourish.
