Proposal

West Hedge; made up of multiple small trees and shrubs (Holm Oak, Bay and Cherry) that stand 4-6M tall and encompasses all tree plants within 4M of that boundary - Reduce all trees and shrubs in height to 3-4M and shaped with trimmers or crown reduced as appropriate. This work has been done before and should be done again to keep the garden and boundary maintained as a well-kept garden. North Hedge; (work requested by Island Roads) the boundary along the Spencer Road and is the main entrance to the property, it is mostly made up of Bay and Holly - Reduce all trees and shrubs in height to 3-4M and reduce the outside edge to 0.3M inside the boundary/trim the inside edge back. This would bring the North hedge back under control as a hedge to the front of the property. The small tree to the right of the gate as you look in, would be trimmed back to 1-2m to previous cuts and shaped as a compact tree. East Hedge is a maintained hedge - Trim to 3M in height and trim the inside back as appropriate. 2x Green Gage to be thinned and reduced by 30% and crown clean. To keep control of these trees in the garden. Magnolia - Thinned and reduced by 30% and crown clean. To keep control of these trees in the garden. 2x Cordyline Australis to be topped by 2-3m. To lower growth in order to keep the trees small and compact for the garden.
