Planning application

Town Lane Cottage Town Lane Chale Ventnor Isle Of Wight PO38 2JS

Granted Isle of Wight 23/00011/TW Tree Works to TPO

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

T1; Monterey Pine - An adjacent pine has windblown over exposing the remaining pine T1, which had urgent remedial works done to remove a heavy limb extending over the property. Further works to reduce weight and heavily extending limbs to remove the first and third limbs over towards the neighboring property and overhead service cables. Further pruning to 'tip back' and reduce weight from selected lower and mid crown limbs by the removal of selected secondary limbs back to good growth positions. Finish the removal of the timber from the previously pruned limb/stem.
