Non-material amendment to planning permission 23/00604/FUL (Change of use of Grade II Listed Building from commercial (Use Class E) to a single two-bedroom dwelling (Use Class C3a)) to replace the existing timber windows to the ground floor courtyard kitchen, WC and first floor bathroom window with new timber windows to match existing with slimline double glazing units. The WC & bathroom window to have opaque glazing, install internal secondary glazing to the second floor landing window, install new internal thermal insulation to the rear bathroom & dining room walls and side gable wall of the bedroom, install new injected cavity wall insulation to the rear kitchen & WC wall, install loft insulation to the loft spaces and a loft hatch in the bathroom & kitchen for access to those loft spaces, install a new independent wall to party wall with no. 17 to meet sound insulation requirements, and relocate the proposed kitchen extract.
