Proposal
Listed Building Consent to remove interior stud wall so that existing lavatory and bathroom become one room. Re-hang existing door to lavatory in the entrance to the new room. Remove existing sanitary ware and replace with ceramic lavatory, hand basin and walk-in shower. Tile inside shower cubicle and half-tile remaining walls. Tile floor. Install electric extractor fan where existing ventilation pipe is. Replace existing radiator with heated towel rail. Re-wire as appropriate.
