Proposal
NT1 Wild Cherry: Fell The proposal is to fell the tree. Although there is no requirement to justify the felling of the tree, it has been the subject of a recent Section 211 that was withdrawn. It is therefore considered useful to provide more information. The previous Notice was based on the condition of the main stem but I have not found the tree's structure to be the issue. It is however infected with Bacterial Canker and large parts of the crown are not expected to flush in the spring. This is detailed in the attached report.
