Proposal
Sycamore T1 - Fell - Stems and the base of the main trunk has Sooty Bark disease, affected stem produced no leaves this year, has shed some branches some are currently suspended in the tree. I don't propose to replace this tree due to the close proximity of my property and in the church yard. Sycamore T2 - Raise the crown of this tree by 1m and possibly smaller branches about the same height.

This Sycamore is also leaning onto a neighbouring property. All trees on the left hand boundary of the property to be reduced by approx 20-30% to retain a balanced crown this will prune trees off neighbouring property. 1 x large Sycamore located on the left hand boundary to be removed to ground level due to a large wound at approx 1 m high on the trunk, this is a cause for concern as it is likely to compromise the stability of the tree. 1 x Field Maple located by the garage on the property to be reduced by approx 20% to suitable growth points to maintain the tree.
