DD - 5-day Notice - A large low branch recently broke off over the pavement. On inspection approximately 3 metres of the upper crown of one stem is dead. Proposed work is, remove the dead section at top of secondary stem over pavement down to sound wood at approx. 4-5 metres reduce remainder of stem by 2m laterally to lessen end-weight.
