Proposal

T1 & T2 - Ash - re-pollard by 4 metres - due to T1 overhanging neighbours conservatory and T2 overhanging neighbours property and driveway. Ive recommended the trees be re-pollarded on a 5-10 year cycle. T3 - Ash - Fell - This tree is starting to interfere with Conifer tree next to it and is out growing the garden. 14 Middletons Road also has a history of subsidence on the western wall and due to our extreme weather conditions, I feel that everything would benefit by removing this tree.
